Very spicy, sweet-savory chicken sauce with chewy thick noodles. The Carbonara and 4-Cheese versions are milder.
How Koreans eat it
Boil 5 minutes, drain leaving about 8 spoons of water, stir in the sauce. Koreans add cheese, a fried egg or mayo.
