What did Nichkhun reveal?

Nichkhun of 2PM revealed that he had a facial lifting treatment to look his best for the group's upcoming concert. In a video titled "세차는 처음이라" uploaded to the 'Ohu Sehsi' channel, he and his bandmates were shown doing a hand car wash, but the moment that drew attention came when Nichkhun and Jun. K checked their faces in a mirror. Jun. K complimented how his jawline looked, and Nichkhun explained that they had both just had a lifting treatment.

Why did he get the treatment?

Nichkhun said he needed to look presentable for the 2PM concert and that aging naturally causes the face to sag, so it has to be managed. Jang Wooyoung said he could tell that Nichkhun's face looked different.

What led up to this?

In May, Nichkhun drew attention for a noticeable weight gain, and the YouTube production team apologized for it. Nichkhun responded that he had felt comfortable at the time and that the content was fun, adding that he could simply lose the weight. In July, on SBS's 'Ani Geunde Jinjja!', he said he had overeaten after visiting his family home and that he ate only three eggs over three days while preparing for a concert in Japan.
