Lim Young-woong placed third in the October 2026 singer brand reputation rankings, announced on October 24 by the Korea Corporate Reputation Research Institute. Rescene took first place and BTS took second.

Where does Lim Young-woong rank now?

Lim dropped one spot from second place in September. His brand reputation index fell 2.72%, from 6,089,571 to 5,924,130. Even so, he stayed the highest-ranked solo artist on the list.

What drove the score?

The institute measures four areas. For Lim in October, the figures were:

| Area | Index | |---|---| | Participation | 671,470 | | Media | 1,334,518 | | Communication | 2,287,172 | | Community | 1,630,970 |

The communication index passed 2.28 million, which the institute's data reads as continued fandom and public attention.

Why did BTS move up?

BTS's brand reputation index rose 24.53% from September, enough to pass Lim and claim second place.

For international fans

Lim Young-woong is one of South Korea's best-known solo singers, and these rankings are based on online big data rather than sales charts. Rescene and BTS, both group acts, took the top two spots this month.
